Project
During my internship at Qingdao Grand Theatre from August 2023 to June 2024, I supported the backstage production of three international touring musicals presented at the venue: Roméo et Juliette, Love Never Dies, and Mozart, l’Opéra Rock. During their Qingdao performances, I assisted with costume preparation, quick changes, wardrobe maintenance, translation, and backstage coordination. Working alongside visiting production teams gave me direct experience of the detailed coordination, timing, and collaborative labour required to sustain large-scale live musical theatre.

于2023年8月至2024年6月在青岛大剧院实习期间，先后参与法语原版音乐剧《罗密欧与朱丽叶》、原版音乐剧《剧院魅影续作：真爱永恒》及法语原版音乐剧《摇滚莫扎特》青岛站的后台制作与演出保障，承担服装准备、抢妆、服装整理与维护、翻译协助及后台协调等工作。通过与巡演剧组在演出现场的协作，积累了大型音乐剧后台制作与演出运行经验，并深入接触现场表演背后的专业分工、时间配合与协作流程。
