Public Arts Education — Poly Art Lecture Hall

Project

During my internship in the Performance Department of Tianjin Grand Theatre, I contributed to the planning and delivery of the Poly Art Lecture Hall, a public arts education programme accompanying the theatre’s performance season. My work included lecture coordination, audience-engagement activities, and performance guide programmes. I also regularly worked as an usher at Tianjin Grand Theatre and Tianjin Concert Hall, gaining sustained exposure to opera, orchestral concerts, dance, musical theatre, and drama. Together, these experiences introduced me to the relationships among artistic programming, theatre operations, audience engagement, and the experience of live performance.
